Everyone Dies In Utah: Seeing Clearly Review

Synopsis:
Everyone Dies In Utah were predominant in the music scene around 2008-2009 when they were first signed by Tragic Hero. During that time they toured and released an EP, after that they switched up the line-up and went into the studio in 2010 to create "Seeing Clearly".

Warning: Before reading this review understand that I am in fact aware there are a million bands in this genre that use electronics and have a screamer.

Double Warning: In order to be a fair reviewer I can in no way let that affect my overall judgment of the band.

Triple Warning: Nobody is making you listen to this band or any other bands like them for that matter, likewise no one cares to hear a negative opinion that is completely biased and without merit.

Review:
With an industry music that is crutching on effects and electronics to sell music, does this band have the survivability? There is no denying that Everyone Dies in Utah has tons of autotunes/electronics, however it never seems excessive. Every song has some sort of electronic influence, but they are also unique throughout every single verse. The vocalist and the screamer complement each other very well on each and every track. Danny Martinez is the screamer and even though at times he stresses his vocals a bit, the sound he creates is perfect and unique. The one major downfall to Everyone Dies In Utah is they are lyrically and instrumentally the same as any other Post Hardcore band. This is bad because there are way too many Post Hardcore bands as it is. Overall the band could have tried harder to stand out, but the entire CD is excellent as far as Post Hardcore is concerned.
